Title-Management Trainee-Digital Marketing

We are hiring candidates for Graduate Trainee Engineer role for Hyderabad location.

The Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is a product Manufacturing company as Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, India supports global Engineering, Information Tech, Digital Marketing, Finance and Customer Service functions. The CoE located in the Hyderabad business district provides great employment and learning experiences to candidates. Job Responsibilities

Campaign Support:

• Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across different channels such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Amazon.
• Support campaign activities, such as content creation, email marketing, and social media management.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  
  
  

Research Support

• Assist with conducting market research and data analysis.
• Collect and organize data from various sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the development of research reports and presentations.
  
  
  

Learning And Development

• Actively seek out opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge related to campaigns and research.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your skills.
  
  
  

Competencies / Skills

• MBA-Marketing/Digital Marketing
• Self-starter, high-performing team player adept at developing and shaping digital product strategies
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts to drive results
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and research methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Students completing their Masters in 2024 from Marketing/Digital Marketing.
• Candidates can be from Hyderabad or interested to relocate to Hyderabad.
• Should be able to join in 10 days.
• Excellent in academics with an aggregate of 60 %/GPA 6 minimum or above in X, XII, UG and in PG - No Backlogs, no academy Gaps. Ability to work collaboratively and/or independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
