Job Summary:

SolarLogix is seeking a proactive MIS Executive with a focus on business automation, social media marketing, and SEO. The candidate will develop and manage applications on Google AppSheet, streamline operations, and enhance the company's digital presence through SEO and social media marketing. This role will combine technical, operational, and marketing expertise to boost productivity and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Google AppSheet & Automation:
• Design and develop Google AppSheet applications to automate various business processes such as task management, project tracking, field operations, and customer support.
• Implement automation workflows for attendance, expense tracking, customer helpdesk, proposals, and commissionings.
• Manage data from multiple sources to generate insightful MIS reports for better decision-making and monitor KPIs through dashboards.
• Train team members on using the applications and tools developed on Google AppSheet.
• Social Media Marketing & SEO:
• Manage SolarLogix's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and develop strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, and articles) that aligns with the company's marketing goals.
• Execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic, optimize content for search engines, and improve the company’s online ranking.
• Monitor and analyze social media and SEO performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights.
• General:
• Collaborate with different departments (sales, operations, finance) to understand their needs and propose automation solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, regular backups, and security of information across all platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AppSheet, business automation tools, SEO, and social media marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, business automation, social media marketing, or SEO.
• Proficiency in Google AppSheet and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, SQL, and data management/reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a solar EPC company or knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
