Job Summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an LPU Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new household customers and promoting our retail banking products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.
