Learning Support - Analyst

Workyou’ll do

AsanAnalyst,provideday-to-daysupportonDeloitteLearningPlatform,specializingasanadminroleintheSABAcloud(LMS),should workaspartofanextendedteamforinternalclients.youmayalsorequireworkingdirectlywithDeloitteprofessionaltofixtheissuethat theyarefacing.Youwillalsoassistthembyprovidingnecessaryadvisorysupporttohelpthemresolvetheirquery/request:

• Create,monitor,andclose/actionSalesforceandServiceDeskcasesinatimelymannermeetingtheServiceLevelExpectation (SLE)
• ManageLive Chats
• Managetheirrespectivecasesincludingfollowinguponopenissues,assistingwithissueresolution,escalatingissues,working directly with the other referral teams
• Ensurecustomersatisfactionbyproperescalationwithinaquickturnaround time
• Answerinquiriesintheareasofcontent,learningorganizationandcontacts,wheretofindcertainlearninginformation,e-Learning guide, etc.
• Flaganyissuesrelatedtotheprocessimmediatelywiththeleadandproposesolutionstofixthe same
• Willingtobeflexiblebasedonthebusiness requirement
• Identifyprocessimprovementsintheprocessandworkstowardsimplementingthesamewiththehelpoftheteam lead
• Redirectinquiriesaboutsystemsandfunctionalitytoappropriateresourceswithinatracking system.
• ParticipateinsystemsTestingasandwhen required
• Shouldtakeonadditionalresponsibilitiesasandwhen required
• Becomeasubjectmatterexpertbylearningalltheconcepts.Actaspointofcontactforthenewhireandhelptheminprocessing without any hassles

Qualifications Qualifications

Required:

Musthave1-3yearsofprovenworkingexperienceasaCustomerserviceexecutive/Customer. Has knowledge and working experience on any Learning Management System (LMS)

Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills(mustbeaneffectivecommunicator) Excellent customer service skills: ability to interact with customers globally Intermediate to advanced capabilities in word-processing, Excel

Abilitytoprioritizetimeandworkonmultipletaskswithongoingdeadlines Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with multiple teams

Self-starter;highlymotivatedtolearnnewskills.Abletoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision Must have excellent time management skills.

Mustbeabletocollaboratewithinternalteams,globalclients,andcrossborder stakeholders.
