Family Summary/Mission:

This role will be supporting National Sales Manager to drive sales across key partnerships.

Job Responsibilities :-

  • Own sales target of each partnership for a particular geography
  • Regularly visit branches of partners to do product training / refresher, ensure visibility, create top of mind recall
  • Manage relationship at ground level across channels of key partnerships to drive desired level of penetration / bundling
  • Act as one point contact for sales team to do query bursting
  • Exposure to DSA/ Channel model for sourcing business
  • Create new revenue sources by onboarding DSAs/ Channels


Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:

  • Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Open to travel extensively across Odisha
  • Individual contribution role


Background/Experience Desired:

  • 2 years’ minimum experience in managing channel sales in insurance / banking / healthcare / wellness companies (in order of preference)


Educational Requirements:

  • The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor’s


degree or equivalent experience.
