The person will be responsible for leading project management and asset operations for solar power plants primarily in India as well as in Southeast Asia. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring efficient operations, optimizing asset performance, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and sustainability.

- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
- Asset Operations: Oversee the operation and maintenance of solar assets, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency;
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols;
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, government agencies as well as managing turnkey EPC Contractors and other subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution;
- Reporting: Prepare of MIS report, Daily progress report, monthly progress report;
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks associated with solar plant management;
- Performance Optimization: Implement data-driven strategies to enhance energy output, reduce downtime, and improve asset longevity; and
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage financial planning, cost analysis, and resource allocation to optimize project profitability.
- Job located in Delhi or Pune (India);
- Travelling in India, and occasionally in Southeast Asia;
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (MBA preferred);
- 10+ years successful experience in solar project management, asset operations, or renewable energy sector;
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions;
- Fully proficient in English;
- Spirit of dedication and teamwork;
- Resourceful and self-driven;
- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
