Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Project Development Lead – North & West for GMR Renewables to drive the development of wind, solar, and hybrid renewable energy projects across India. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and securing project sites, ensuring regulatory and land acquisition compliance, and managing stakeholder coordination to make projects shovel-ready for execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of land policies, connectivity approvals, and hybrid project development.

- Land Acquisition & Due Diligence
- Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Power Evacuation & Connectivity Approvals
- Financial & Commercial Evaluations
- Stakeholder Management & Vendor Coordination
- Permits, Approvals & Risk Management
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Stakeholders in Renewable space (Government agencies and private players, Regulatory bodies etc.
- Central, state and Local government bodies and authorities, related to revenue and land department or any other wrt to carrying out business.
- CBO, Functions and Departments W/I Renewables. Project development and execution teams.
- All the internal functions in Renewable/Energy sector
