Job Description
- Oversee and manage the HR shared services team to ensure timely delivery of HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations in the chemical industry.
- Streamline and optimise HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR services.
- Develop and implement HR systems and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR services with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR shared services team in Pune.
A successful Lead - HR Shared Service should have:
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements in the chemical industry.
- Proven expertise in managing HR shared services operations.
- Proficiency in using HR management systems and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
