Lead Generation Specialist

The Opportunity

Avantor is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and experienced specialist to analyze data-driven support for our e-commerce marketing performance and develop strategies for optimizing our supplier marketing campaigns.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Coimbatore, India office. This role will also provide technical analytical support to the wider analytical team, producing dashboards and assisting in deep dive analysis as required. Analyze data from various sources and interpret the results to provide actionable insights.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
• Experience: 4+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce analytics
• An understanding of lead generation marketing principles and funnel metrics
• Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, GA4 & Power BI intermediary knowledge necessary
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
• Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  
  

How You Will Thrive And Create An Impact

• Hands-on experience with, lead generation reporting including but not limited to attribution modeling and advertising effectiveness
• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
• Monitor overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights to Campaign Managers
• Work with the Campaign Managers to develop and execute optimization plans including A/B testing.
• Develop, collaborate, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Identify deep dive analysis needs to better understand root causes of declining metric performance
• Work with internal and external tactical expert to get a well-rounded understanding of the best approaches to improve performance.
• identify trends to share with team members, improving outcomes cross functionally.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve marketing performance
