The Opportunity
Avantor is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking, and experienced specialist to analyze data-driven support for our e-commerce marketing performance and develop strategies for optimizing our supplier marketing campaigns.
This role will be a full-time position based out of our Coimbatore, India office. This role will also provide technical analytical support to the wider analytical team, producing dashboards and assisting in deep dive analysis as required. Analyze data from various sources and interpret the results to provide actionable insights.

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Coimbatore, India office. This role will also provide technical analytical support to the wider analytical team, producing dashboards and assisting in deep dive analysis as required. Analyze data from various sources and interpret the results to provide actionable insights.
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
- Experience: 2+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Dashboard and Data Studio, including hands-on experience with event tracking, custom dimensions, and advanced segmentation.
- Power BI, API integration, and dashboarding
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights to drive.
- An understanding of e-commerce and customer journeys
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including web analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Dashboards, Marketo and other analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key eCommerce metrics and customer journeys.
- Work closely with IT Digital Marketing, ensuring alignment on tracking configurations, event tagging, and custom dimensions in GA4 & Marketo to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Highly skilled in creating GA4 explorations and dashboards.
- Able to analyze complex and large data sets to find trends and insight.
- Able to support and analyze data-driven experiments, and A/B tests.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance metrics tailored to the specific needs of our internal stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eCommerce analytics.
