Your impact

Lead Engineer, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, is responsible to provide design support to technically challenging projects. Engineer would produce structural analysis models/designs and shall be responsible for the technical quality of their own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives, safety, and quality standards.

Experience in Structural Design for Buildings using RC / Steel materials. Understanding of General Arrangement, RC / Steel detailing drawings and guiding / checking technician work. Experience on conceptualization of structural design based on Architectural concept.

REVIT understanding is preferred. Must have experience on domestic/international projects, self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Middle East Projects Experience is Mandatory
• Experience into analysis & design of buildings of various sectors like Data Centers, High Rise Buildings, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.
• Leading a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model.
• Fully understand all structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope change.
• Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
• Attend project meetings and take an active role to help team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
  
  
  

Here's what you'll need

Post Graduate Civil / Structural Engineering 8-12 years’ experience.

Professional Engineer / Certifications like ISructE, CEng preferred.

Has in depth knowledge of building structural design and elements. Knowledge of local India and International codes and best-industry practices. Also, hands-on experience of structural design of projects.

Software – ETABS, SAFE, SAP 2000, Staad Pro, REVIT Structures, TEDDs. Robot.

Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience. Knowledge of Microsoft applications. Good level of written and spoken English.

Effective presentation skill and ability to represent on behalf of the organization to stakeholders.
