RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

Overview
Were seeking a passionate and creative Employee Branding & Engagement Specialist to foster a vibrant, connected, and engaged workplace culture. In this role, youll design and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, promote collaboration, and align team efforts with our companys mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Programs: Design and implement initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. Organize events such as team-building activities, workshops, recognition programs, and celebrations.
Employer Branding and Communication: Improve employer brand perception of Upstox via creative campaigns, collaterals and communication. Develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment across teams. Create and distribute newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep employees informed and motivated.
Feedback Mechanisms: Design and deploy employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Act on feedback by proposing actionable solutions and collaborating with leadership to implement them.
Data and Metrics: Track engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing, Talent branding, employee engagement, and other allied HR roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, HR software, and communication platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Knowledge of creating campaign collaterals, e.g., Canva, Adobe and related software.
- Experience in event planning or project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be self-driven / quick starter
- Have an ownership mindset
- Aggressively drive and deliver results
