Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant -Senior React / Next.js Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React and Next.js
• Lead and grow more junior frontend developers
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement and enhance UI/UX across projects
• Optimize front-end performance, ensuring applications are performant, accessible, and SEO-friendly
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across browsers and devices
• Participate actively in code reviews and cross-functional engineering team meetings
• Commit to (and implement where necessary) standards of code quality and consistency
  
  

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of & experience with React and Next.js
• Experience leading a team of frontend developers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and solve problems with existing code
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise
• Version Control (Git)
• Problem Solving and Communication
  
  

Optional Skills

• Responsive Design and Cross-Browser Compatibility
• Familiarity with TypeScript and experience using it in a Next.js environment
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks, such as Jest or Cypress
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) or React Query

• Bachelor’s degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience
