In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to support farmers, improve their crop yields, and drive the growth of agricultural product sales. - Provide expert advice to farmers via phone, WhatsApp, and email, assisting with crop management, challenges, and product recommendations.
- Offer guidance to farmers on best practices and solutions to enhance productivity.
- Drive sales and promote agricultural products through our e-commerce platform.
- Stay current on product offerings and services to deliver the most up-to-date, relevant advice.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with large accounts and key customers.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in agriculture or agronomy.
- In-depth knowledge of farming practices, crop management, and agricultural products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to advise and influence.
- Proficient in analyzing agricultural data and making data-driven recommendations.
- A degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
