To plan and execute daily maintenance activity for 100% availability of machine.

Job Description
To plan and execute daily / as per plan maintenance activity for 100% availability of machine. 2.Perform Schedule Maintenance and preventive maintenance repair all electrical instruments/ Mechnical parts and machinery/equipments 3.Prepare technical reports.Maintain all the documents regarding maintenance 4.To analyze daily machine checklist and plan predictive maintenance activities. 5.To improve machine availability by minimizing repetitive issues and fool-proofing system by reducing malfunctions. 6. Conducting route cause analysis to review and study repeated failures and take corrective action to ensure min/no Breakdowns 7.Ensuring Availability of critical spares on time to reduce machine downtime .Proper arrangement, visualization & identification of spares in stores for ready availability on time 8.Ensure Quality Assurance of the tasks performed by the associates 9. Analyze the checklist taken by associates and plan predictive maintenance 10.Ensure tasks execution as per SOP, WI and safety 11.Ensure availability of tool and instrument in order to perform the task
Principal Accountabilities
Maintenance, spare management. 2. Energy monitoring and plan energy saving projects. 3. Ensuring highest level of Safety and Security Standards at Plant Locations.
