Roles And Responsibilities
- Take Patient round and put the note, at least 2 routine notes per 12 hour shift and each not for complain and treatment advice during the shift.
- Taking round with all consultants and Follow all instructions of consultants.
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Follow all the Instruction of Consultants & maintain proper history of patient in written.
- Maintaining a consistent level of service and treatment that is offered to the patients. This is highly essential in order to keep up with the expectations of the patients.
- Reporting orders to the senior officer of management in the department and also overseeing all the training process of the staff in the department.
- Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of work.
