Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Training Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The Junior Training Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of training programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination:
- Assist in organizing training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with trainers and participants.
Training Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and support the development of training programs that align with organizational goals.
Content Development:
- Help in the creation and customization of training materials, presentations, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Participant Support:
- Communicate with employees regarding training opportunities, registration processes, and provide assistance during training sessions.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- Collect and analyze participant feedback after training sessions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting:
- Assist in preparing reports on training metrics, including participation rates and training outcomes, to inform management decisions.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of internal training events, workshops, and seminars to promote employee engagement and development.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development to suggest innovative training solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training software is a plus.
