Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract and engage top talent in the industry.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
