Key Responsibilities

• Content creation & scheduling: Design engaging posts, write compelling captions, and schedule content to maintain consistency and audience engagement.

• Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to optimize strategy and improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Trend monitoring & innovation: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies.
• Ad campaign management: Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
• Collaboration & coordination: Work with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
