- Proficiency in banca sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively leverage bank partnerships in promoting life insurance products.
- Strong ability as a relationship manager (Mandatory skill) tasked with nurturing and enhancing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience in life insurance (Mandatory skill), essential in understanding diverse insurance products and fitting them to customer needs.
- Capability in channel partner development to expand and optimize distribution networks.
