Junior Recruiter Trainee

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and eager Junior Recruiter Trainee to join our human resources team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are interested in learning the essentials of recruitment and building a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development: Participate in structured training programs to gain a solid understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

Resume Screening: Help with the initial review of resumes to identify candidates who meet the job criteria.

Interview Coordination: Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate information and progress.

Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates to provide updates and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on multiple job boards and social media channels.

Documentation: Help prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, such as offer letters and onboarding paperwork.

Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and HR managers to support recruitment activities and meet hiring needs.

Continuous Learning: Identify opportunities for personal and professional growth in the recruitment field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in recruitment.
