Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that match job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.

Job Posting: Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to support various hiring initiatives and projects.

Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
