Junior Operations Executive in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Order management:
  • Coordinate and oversee daily order processing from website and marketplace platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders
  • Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth resolution
  • Inventory & logistics:
  • Maintain updated inventory records and perform regular stock audits
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for stock movement and delivery timelines
  • Forecast demand and reorder inventory as needed in collaboration with the sourcing team
  • Vendor & production coordination:
  • Liaise with manufacturing partners and suppliers for timely production and quality checks
  • Track production timelines and ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available
  • Maintain documentation and records of purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices
  • Operational efficiency & reporting:
  • Identify gaps in operational flow and suggest improvements
  • Maintain and update SOPs for operations-related tasks
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on orders, inventory, logistics issues, etc.
  • Customer experience support:
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve escalated operational issues
  • Monitor and ensure packaging quality, accuracy of products, and on-time delivery
