Key Responsibilities
- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing
- Sourcing candidates through internal database, job portals, social network, and advertisement
- Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skillsets
- Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
- Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of the interview
- Regularly follow-up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail
- Sending updates weekly basis to show the current hiring status
