Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle site coordination for HR-related activities and support smooth communication between HO and sites.
- Track and monitor attendance across sites and coordinate with respective teams for updates.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations such as employee queries, documentation, and record management.
- Prepare and issue various HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfer, relieving, etc.) under guidance of senior.
- Ensure timely closure of pending HR issues by coordinating with senior.
- MBA/PGDM/HR/Industrial Relations
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills 2. Efficiency in time management 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office 4. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 5. Result-oriented and able to prioritize tasks 6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making 7. Flexibility and Willingness to Travel
