Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientations are conducted.

Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Policy Implementation: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Training and Development: Support the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.

Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.

Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and time-off requests.

HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain various HR reports and metrics for management review.

Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
