Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Associate (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about starting their careers in human resources and contributing to a variety of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring new employees have a seamless transition into the company.

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements.

  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing HR-related documents.

  • Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, helping to foster a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs, to maintain high morale.

  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist the HR team in collecting and verifying employee data for payroll processing and administering employee benefits programs.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and assisting with HR audits.

  • HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics, such as employee attendance, turnover, and leave balances.

  • Learning & Development: Participate in HR training sessions to enhance knowledge of HR practices and processes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
