Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our HR team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in starting their career in human resources. The Junior HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including employee onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters, coordination of joining formalities, and orientation scheduling.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- HR Operations Support: Provide support in day-to-day HR activities such as handling employee queries, preparing HR reports, and managing the HR email inbox.
- Recruitment Coordination: Assist the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and updating the recruitment database.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by assisting in audits and preparing necessary documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment, such as organizing team events and managing employee feedback.
- Training Coordination: Help in the coordination of training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and leave, and address any discrepancies.
- Office Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
