Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Assist in the maintenance and administration of HRIS to ensure data integrity and security.

• Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

• User Support: Provide technical support to HR team members and employees regarding HRIS functionalities.

• Training: Support the training of HR staff and end-users on HRIS tools and resources.
