Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Junior HR Assistant (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in human resources and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including responding to employee inquiries and providing support to HR team members.

• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates.

• Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with the orientation sessions.

• Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing HR documents and files.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.

• Payroll Support: Help collect and verify employee data for payroll processing and assist in administering employee benefits programs.

• Compliance Support: Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies by ensuring records are up-to-date.

• Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

• Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your understanding of HR practices and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
