Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Employee Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment.

Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist in updating HR documentation.

Data Management: Help prepare HR reports and analyze data to support HR initiatives.

Training Coordination: Assist in scheduling training sessions and maintaining training records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
