Overview

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. Youll assist in developing visual concepts and design materials across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute fresh ideas to a fast-paced creative environment. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in managing the social media communication through designs. UI/ UX is a good to have.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in producing high-quality visual assets for web, social media, print, and presentations.
• Assist in creating layouts, illustrations, icons, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare and organize design files, mockups, and production assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work on social media designs, communication through social media.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of branding, UI/UX principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to take feedback and learn from senior designers.
  
  

Nice to Have: (not a necessity)

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Sketch).
