Description

Shift timing: 1:30PM to 10:30PM IST

Location: Ithink Thane

  • Understanding loss run (claims data)/placement data in terms of data availability for analytical reporting
  • Questioning data shortfalls with respective counterpart as required for analytical reporting
  • Cleanse the raw data as per SOPs
  • Automate processes using Python/SSIS
  • Standardize the data sets so that they can be sliced/diced in any way required
  • Use Power BI to create standard / bespoke models
  • Using advanced excel features like slicers, nested formulae, macros to generate dynamic charts based on policy years and accordingly create macros to print those charts/graphs
  • Create automated standard or customized templates to reduce manual errors as well as speed up the turnaround times

Qualifications

  • Creating dashboards using visualization tools (Power BI experience desirable)
  • SQL (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) experience required
  • Advanced excel including VBA
  • Python working experience needed
  • B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech / Pursuing CII (added advantage)
  • Excellent written & oral communication
  • Ability to read & comprehend information well
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to work within a team to high standards in tight timelines
  • Able to generate ideas or come up with logical solutions
