Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and manage Meta ads campaigns that align with client goals and objectives, ensuring lead generation success.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for small and medium businesses in the USA.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and budget allocation to enhance campaign results.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance, ensuring campaigns remain within the allocated spend and meet lead generation targets.
- Report on key KPIs, including impressions, leads, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored campaign strategies, and report on results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Meta advertising, lead generation tactics, and USA market specifics.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop ad creatives and optimize the customer journey.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and continuously optimize for better performance.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads campaigns in an agency setting.
- Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the USA market.
- Demonstrated success with a proven track record of optimizing and driving high-performing campaigns focused on lead generation.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of lead generation metrics and KPIs, including CPL and ROAS.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of automation and AI-based marketing tools.
