We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for our client in Pune. This role involves spearheading sales initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus and an excellent track record in sales leadership.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
• Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and analytics to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the [insert specific industry, if applicable].
