Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and managing candidate communications.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates for various positions.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.

• Database Management: Support the maintenance and updating of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.

• Market Research: Conduct research on job market trends and sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

• Event Assistance: Assist in organizing recruitment-related events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives, to attract talent.

• Reporting: Help generate basic recruitment reports to track metrics like candidate status, time-to-fill, and source of hire.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and other departments to support overall hiring efforts and create a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A strong interest in recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
