We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Head Office finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and data maintenance in Tally or ERP software.
- Handle vendor invoice entries, purchase bills, and payment processing.
- Support in maintaining cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for bills, receipts, and vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports under supervision.
- Coordinate with site offices and vendors for invoice clarifications.
- Provide support during audits and help in documentation as needed.
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent
Additional Information
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and entries.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Internship or training experience in an accounting/finance role is a plus.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts preferred.
