Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Jr Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Jr Site Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction projects and ensuring they are completed successfully. This is a full-time position located in Satara, Maharashtra, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of industrial projects and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
• Proficient in using construction software and tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects
• Inspect and evaluate the site conditions, identifying any potential risks or issues
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and report any deviations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Assist in resolving any construction-related problems or conflicts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports
• Provide support in conducting quality control inspections

• Housekeeping, material management at site.
• Preparing running bills/JMR/MB in given periods.
• Prepare COP for the payments of vendors and labours.
• Detailed drawing reading, estimation, preparation of Boq, MOC.
• Infrastructure development work, like residential colony ,road work , Rcc structural work , Rcc
