Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at DCS Group. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time position based in Satara, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial records management
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Experience with internal audits and ensuring compliance
• Knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Familiarity with general journal entries and ledger management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Handle general ledger entries and maintain ledger management
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments
• Assist in the coordination of external audits
