Role Overview

We are looking for an Jr Account Executive (Customer Success) who will be the driving force behind client success at Grexa. This role blends client relationship management, business consulting, and strategic support to ensure our clients thrive using our platform. You will play a critical role in onboarding, training, and supporting clients while being their trusted point of contact throughout their journey with us.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and craft a tailored onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term success.
  • Lead insightful, value-driven product demonstrations and follow-ups that empower clients to confidently integrate Grexa into their daily operations.
  • Continuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement.
  • Champion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and delivering it as actionable insights to influence product development and service innovation.
  • Strategically identify growth opportunities within accounts, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions.
  • Own the client journey end-to-end — building trust, ensuring value realization, and guiding accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion.


Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of work experience in client success, consulting, operations, or growth roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven — someone who can solve on-ground problems in real time
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • High ownership and ability to independently manage multiple clients
  • Proficiency in basic tech tools like CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, marketing tools, etc.
  • Hustle mindset — you get things done, no matter what
