You’ll break new ground by:

• Applied AI & LLM Engineering
• Build and fine-tune LLMs for enterprise use cases such as classification, summarization, and response generation.
• Integrate LLM APIs and Azure-native AI services into business workflows.
• Develop intelligent agents using platforms like Copilot Studio and orchestrate them across enterprise systems.
• Automation & System Integration
• Design scalable pipelines for real-time data processing and model inference.
• Collaborate with domain IT teams to embed AI into tools like SAP, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing business processes.
• Innovation & Impact
• Lead initiatives that transform manual processes into intelligent, automated experiences.
• Drive experimentation with GenAI to solve real-world business challenges.
• Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration & Enablement
• Work with cross-functional teams across AIDA and Asia Pacific to deliver regionally scalable solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and support for AI adoption across business units.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
  

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering.
• Hands-on with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Azure ML, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, LoRA, and GenAI frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business audiences.
• Passion for solving real-world problems with technology.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML, Azure, or enterprise automation are a plus.
