Designation Health Insurance Renewal Specialist Role Overview The Health Insurance Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing the renewal process of existing health insurance policies. This role involves conducting outbound calls to policyholders, assessing their needs, and ensuring timely policy renewals. The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a good understanding of health insurance products. Roles & Responsibilities ï‚

• Make outbound calls to existing clients to discuss upcoming policy renewals. ï‚
• Provide accurate information about policy details, coverage options, and renewal procedures. ï‚
• Address client questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. ï‚
• Assist clients with updating their information and completing their policy renewals. ï‚
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and renewal statuses in our CRM system. ï‚
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and renewal targets. ï‚
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely policy renewals. ï‚
• Work with team members to enhance renewal processes and improve customer service. Skills and Competencies ï‚
