Job Overview

We are hiring an Intertek Officer for A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As an Intertek Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring social compliance and conducting various types of audits, including external, export, and factory audits. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in conducting audits and ensuring social compliance
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Experience in conducting external, export, and factory audits
• Familiarity with third-party administration and certification processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and audit-related software
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct social compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and international regulations
• Perform external audits of suppliers and vendors to evaluate their compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct export audits to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation
• Perform factory audits to assess production processes, quality control, and overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to social compliance and audits
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and potential areas of improvement
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on social compliance and audit-related matters
