Job Title: Internal Control Management

Location: Onsite – Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India

Job Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Control professional to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal control systems, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Proficiency in SAP Process Control is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee internal controls to ensure financial and operational integrity.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize SAP Process Control for control management and documentation.
• Prepare reports on control performance, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support internal/external audits with timely documentation.
• Conduct training sessions to promote control awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal control reviews and suggest process enhancements.
• Maintain control documentation in SAP Process Control.
• Analyse control data, identify trends, and propose strategic solutions.
• Work with IT, finance, and ops teams to embed control measures.
• Oversee the timely implementation of audit recommendations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for auditors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Commerce or Semi-Qualified CA/CMA.
• Experience in corporate risk/compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Process Control.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory standards and governance.
