- LLB / LLM from a reputed law school.
- 15-20 years of overall legal experience, with at least 5-6 years in consumer internet, digital, or technology-driven organizations.
- Deep expertise in Copyrights, Intellectual Property, Digital Compliance, and Data Protection regulations.
- Strong understanding of Trademarks, Contract Management, and commercial legal frameworks relevant to digital businesses.
- Drive the overall legal and compliance strategy for a digital-first organization.
- Act as a key advisor to the leadership team on evolving legal risks, regulatory trends, and business-critical issues.
- Lead the development and implementation of internal policies on data privacy, digital governance, and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal alignment across products, platforms, and operations.
- Represent the company in external regulatory engagements and industry associations.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership on legal priorities, compliance metrics, and risk exposure.
- Prior experience in a technology or internet-based company and a strong understanding of product advisory and digital laws are mandatory.
