Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MEAN Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js, along with a strong understanding of architecture, security, and performance optimization.

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence in our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development & Architecture :
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions and serverless applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Optimize application speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Implement real-time functionalities using WebSockets, Socket.io, and event-driven architecture.
• Database & API Management :
• Design, optimize, and maintain MongoDB database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure high performance in database transactions and implement indexing and aggregation strategies.
• Develop robust authentication and authorization systems using JWT, OAuth, and Passport.js.
• Performance, Security & Testing :
• Optimize applications for scalability, security, and high availability.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Mocha).
• Enforce security best practices, including encryption, data validation, and access control.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex performance bottlenecks and issues.
• DevOps & Deployment :
• Manage deployment pipelines using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement automated monitoring and logging solutions using tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Ensure smooth cloud deployment, scalability, and load balancing.
• Leadership & Collaboration :
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and best practice training.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers.
• Lead Agile/Scrum meetings and ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) with TypeScript.
• Proven experience in Node.js backend development with Express.js.
