Responsibilities

• Designing business strategies, operating models development, Process Improvement
• Provide strategic advisory services to clients on education policy, program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve educational outcomes, including curriculum development, teacher training, and technology integration.
• Support clients in scaling successful initiatives and ensuring sustainability.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide strategic advisory support on leading practices that the Client can adopt and implement for better governance and improved outcomes in school education sector
