Job Description & Summary:
The FST practice is growing at a rapid pace and we are looking to expand our treasury and commodity consulting team; which focusses on delivering value and implementing solutions across treasury value chain. We help clients across India, South East Asia and European region in transforming their treasury practices by enhancing organizational capabilities around treasury strategy, process, technology and operating models. Our different treasury solutions help corporates in driving optimization across areas like liquidity & investment management, interest cost, working capital and trade finance, financial risk management , banking relationships and treasury technology.
Responsibilities:
We are looking to expand this team and the candidate should possess knowledge in the below mentioned areas :
Mandatory Skill Sets:
Corporate Treasury
Preferred Skill Sets:
Ideal candidate would have worked in treasury department of a Corporate or a bank in the Corporate Banking / Treasury department.
Years Of Experience Required:
3 to 10 Years
Education Qualification:
MBA from premier Tier 1 / 2 institutes or CA passed in first / second attempt. CFA/ FRM would be added advantage.

Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant Diploma

- Working capital management & Trade finance
- Monitoring and optimization of working capital deployed in business
- Implementation and handling of domestic and international trade finance activities
- Supply chain finance program management
- Sourcing of working capital and long term debt and managing relationships with banks
- Understanding of credit rating process
- Liquidity and Cash management
- Implementation and Improving process around liquidity management, bank account structure and cash management
- Cash forecasting models and use of technology
- Understanding of corporate liquidity deployment products including MF’s, Bonds and other investment products.
- Financial Risk Management
- FX risk management strategy and hedging
- Commodity price risk management strategy and hedging
- Exposure collation and management
- Derivative products used for hedging
- Hedge accounting standards (INDAS/IFRS) related to FX and Commodity risk management activities and hedging
- Regulatory landscape applicable to Indian corporate treasuries.
- Experience of using market data sources such as Bloomberg/Reuters
- Treasury and CTRM technology
- Knowledge of treasury, CTRM systems and work flows
- Knowledge of analytical tools like R, Alteryx etc. will be an advantage.
- Corporate Banking
- Strong understanding of trade and transaction banking products and services
