Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  • Drive HR policies, processes and best practices to support organizational growth.

2 . Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key positions, ensuring the right cultural and skill fit.
  • Implement robust onboarding programs to enhance employee integration and retention.

3 . Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the organization's vision.
  • Address employee grievances and create a structured framework for conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.

4 . Training & Development

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads for tailored learning interventions.

5 . Performance Management & Rewards

  • Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks to drive excellence.
  • Oversee incentive and reward programs to boost employee motivation and retention.

6 .HR Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Maintain updated policies, including leave management, compensation and workplace ethics.
  • Payroll & HR Operations:
  • Oversee payroll management and HR administration for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, including attendance and leave management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
