Human Resources (HR) Trainee in Bangalore

As an HR Trainee at Elewayte, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Assist in recruitment processes such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
• Help with employee relations by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate training and development programs by organizing training sessions and tracking employee participation.
• Assist in performance management processes by collecting feedback, conducting evaluations, and providing support to managers.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
